Coming up roses on the red carpet
At the moment, it seems everything’s coming up roses on the red carpet.
I love the photo at top right from Thursday night’s CW Network Young Hollywood Awards held in Santa Monica.
Actress Crystal Reed, left, is wearing a cabbage rose jacquard sleeveless dress by Carolina Herrera, and her “Teen Wolf” costar Holland Roden is in an allover-rose and flower print shirt and pants ensemble by Ted Baker.
Also on Thursday night, across town in West Hollywood at the Fox Summer All-Star Party, Diane Kruger wore a gorgeous rose and trellis digital print dress by the talented British fashion designer Mary Katrantzou. The strapless dress in the “Road Runner Foli Rose” print is from the Resort 2014 collection.
I’d have to say that Kruger’s dress is my favorite, thorns and all.
