Eco-chic fashion profile: Blake Mycoskie of Toms shoes
Blake Mycoskie, founder and chief shoegiver (as his card reads) of Toms Shoes, will often bike to work in Santa Monica from his sail boat slip in Marina del Rey.
The word “give” is made of shoes in the Toms Shoes headquarters in Santa Monica. Encouraging giving is a company mantra: Toms gives away one pair of shoes for every pair it sells.
