$1 oysters at the Churchill, $5 burger and fries at Golden State

Golden State's burger has Harris Ranch beef, Fiscalini cheddar, arugula, applewood smoked bacon, aioli, ketchup and caramelized onions.

Starting March 12, the Churchill in West Hollywood will introduce its weekly Wednesday $1 oyster night. All oysters from a selection will be $1 from 6 p.m. to close (or until they run out). The Churhcill also will be ramping up its oyster offerings on its regular menu throughout the week. 8384 W. 3rd St., West Hollywood, (323) 655-8384, www.the-churchill.com.

In celebration of its 5th anniversary, on Wednesday only, Golden State on Fairfax Avenue is offering $5 burger and fries from 3 to 7 p.m., for dine-in customers only. The restaurant tweeted: “Also tapping some super rare beers!” The burger is Harris Ranch beef, Fiscalini cheddar, arugula, applewood smoked bacon, aioli, ketchup and carmelized onions. 426 N.
