If Malibu Barbie could consume alcohol, what would she drink? Lead bartender at the Walker Inn, a new speakeasy at the back of the Normandie Club in Koreatown, has the answer.

It’s called the Malibu cocktail, a drink on the Walker Inn’s PCH-inspired menu. Not only is the cocktail a pretty sunset color, it’s a mix of grapefruit four ways, plus tequila, pisco, Campari and Lillet Blanc.

MALIBU

Makes one drink.

*Please note, this recipe has not been tested in the LA Times test kitchen.

1 ounce Cabeza tequila

1/2 ounce Encanto pisco

1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc

1/2 ounce grapefruit cordial

1/2 ounce grapefruit juice

1/2 ounce Pamplemousse

1 teaspoon Campari

3 drops saline solution

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice and strain into a glass.
