Peter Seidler sells Los Feliz home for $4.6 million
Peter Seidler, the grandson of former Dodger owner Walter Francis O’Malley, has sold his home in the Los Feliz Oaks area for $4.6 million, making it the highest-priced sale on record so far this year in Los Feliz.
The four-bedroom, 4 1/2 -bathroom Mediterranean was built in 2004. It has 7,380 square feet of living space in two stories and sits on a half-acre lot with an 80-foot-long infinity pool. There is an octagonal library, five fireplaces and a five-room master bedroom suite with an entry foyer, dressing room closets, an office, spa bath and an outdoor terrace. Flat green lawns encircle the home, which has city and ocean views. A guesthouse and theater add about 1,450 more square feet of living space.
Seidler is a managing partner of Seidler Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm based in Marina del Rey.
The listing agent was Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties, Beverly Hills.
