‘Beverly Hills Nanny’ co-star’s Carthay home for sale
“Beverly Hills Nanny” co-star Tricia Leigh Fisher has listed her home in the Carthay neighborhood at $929,000.
The Spanish-style house, built in 1927, is gated and sits behind walls. A step-down living room features wooden cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace and French doors that open to a courtyard with a fountain. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and about 2,100 square feet of living space. The garage has been turned into studio space.
Leigh, 43, used the house as her bachelorette pad before marrying actor and musician Byron Thames in 2007. She has been leasing it out in recent years. Public records show she bought the property in 2005 for $1.2 million.
Jory Burton of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beverly Hills office is the listing agent.
