Sumner Redstone: An article in the Nov. 28 Business section about a lawsuit challenging the mental competence of media mogul Sumner Redstone did not provide attribution for a passage that said ex-girlfriend Manuela Herzer made healthcare decisions on Redstone’s behalf until she was expelled from his home. That assertion should have been attributed to Herzer.
