Orange Line Metro bus and car collide in Encino
A car allegedly running a red light collided with an Orange Line Metro bus in Encino on Monday, authorities said.
Nine people, including the woman driving the sedan, were evaluated by Los Angeles Fire Department officials, according to an LAFD alert.
Six adult bus passengers were transported for minor injuries, according to the alert. An injured dog riding in the car was taken by a relative of the driver for veterinary care.
The accident occurred at about 11 a.m. at 6036 White Oak Ave., according to the alert.
