Northbound PCH shut down in Malibu after fatal accident

All northbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu were shut down during the the Tuesday evening rush hour after a fatal traffic accident.
The closure was about a mile north of Kanan Dume Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
A department watch commander said investigators were responding to the scene and that it was unclear how long the lanes would be closed.
There were no immediate details on whether any other people were injured.
