Brawl between brothers ends in hammer attack, police say
A verbal dispute between two brothers at the Pasadena home they share turned violent Friday when one struck the other with a hammer, according to police.
But this wasn’t a replay of Cain and Abel. The victim, 60, suffered only bruising and a cut to his right hand, Pasadena police Lt. Vasken Gourdikian said.
Police said officers responded to the altercation in the 800 block of North Garfield Avenue at about 5:30 p.m.
Milton Denham, 62, was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, Gourdikian said.
