Letters: Customer service at Time Warner Cable
Re “What happened to customer service?,” Column, Aug. 24
As I’ve gotten older, my intolerance for rudeness, vaingloriousness, deceitfulness and self-centeredness has increased.
I too have had “run-ins” with Time Warner Cable. I decided that the only thing I can do about it is to use what little power I have: If any company gives me a hassle about spending my money, I spend it where my business is appreciated.
