Cynthia M. “Woulfe” Ptak<br/> January 22, 1935 - November 9, 2014

After years of bravely facing multiple health issues, Cynthia walked peacefully into the arms of the Lord.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis, proud mother of Mary Fitch (Bill), Karen Ransohoff (Tom), Paul Graves (Lisa), Tim Graves (Sandra), and Dave Graves (Coral), & 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry & Gertrude Woulfe and brother Bill. Her beloved sisters are Dawn Nelson-Schlink (Ted) and Carole Shay (Jim).

Cynthia worked as a legal secretary for The Irvine Company, retired with 28 years of service, and became a Master Gardener. She was selfless in nature, deeply devoted to God, and was involved in many acts of volunteerism and charity.

She admired her trusted, lifelong physicians, Dr. Khouzam, Dr. Lindsay, and Dr. Swanson who fought hard with her to the end.

She will be forever missed but left an indelible mark on all the lives she touched.

Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist, Costa Mesa on November 17 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
