The top-seeded Oilers fell in straight sets to the visiting Sea Kings on Saturday in a CIF State Southern California Regional Division I semifinal match.

The Eagles fell to the Wildcats 27-12 on Friday in the CIF Southern Section Division 12 quarterfinals, finishing the season with nine wins and a postseason victory for the first time since 2011.

The Chargers blanked Bonita 24-0 on the road Friday night, and will hit the road again for a semifinal clash at No. Vista Murrieta.

The undefeated Sailors trailed for nearly the whole game, but senior Lucca Van Der Woude scored the game-winner with 54 seconds left in an 11-10 win over JSerra on Saturday night at Mt. San Antonio College.

The top-seeded Sailors will play the No. 2-seeded Lions on Saturday at Mt. San Antonio College, the programs’ third straight CIF final meeting.

Los Amigos was held scoreless in the second half of a 40-20 loss to El Rancho in a CIF Southern Section Division 11 quarterfinal, ending the Lobos’ previously undefeated season.

Corona del Mar lost on the road Tuesday, 14-4, in the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Open Division playoffs.

The Sailors won Saturday’s Battle of the Bay matchup in the CIF Southern Section Open Division semifinals 14-6, and will again play JSerra for a CIF championship.

The Sailors took a halftime lead, but missed extra points hurt them in Saturday’s 20-18 loss to the top-ranked Lancers.
