‘Bachelor’ hopefuls audition

More than 300 hopefuls descended on the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa on Sunday to audition for the upcoming season of “The Bachelor,” organizers said.

The ABC show is now in its 19th season. Men and women turned out for the Orange County audition. A similar tryout took place in Westlake, Ohio.
