Boys basketball: Eagles hammer La Mirada

FULLERTON - Micah Young scored 25 points to lead the Estancia High

boys basketball team to a 54-36 pool play win over La Mirada at the

Fullerton Tournament Friday night.

Eliasar Maldonado chipped in with 13 points as the Eagles duo

outscored the Matadors themselves.

With the win, the Eagles improve to 2-1 and will continue tournament

action today.
