AYSO Region 57 - Sea Queens blank Red Hot Chili Peppers

NEWPORT BEACH - The AYSO Region 57 girls under 12 squad, the Sea Queens, defeated the Red Hot Chili Peppers, 2-0, in playoff

quarterfinals’ action Tuesday night at Lincoln Elementary.

Katherine Ossipoff and Hannah Rollins each scored for the Sea Queens,

who play Saturday at 2:30 at Buffalo Park in the semifinals with finals

set for Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Sea Queens were also led by the all-around play of Lacey Schmidt,

Kelly Meyer, Kaitlan Dick, Hannah Soloh, Sarah Sullivan, Kaitlin Macatee,

Natalie Shah, Sarah Wesley, Paige O’Brien, Stephanie Restaino and Katie

Cunningham.
