* Aster Circle: Police responded to a loud party in the 9000 block at
11:26 p.m. Friday.
* Brookhurst Street: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 18000
block at 7:02 p.m. Jan. 3.
* Brookhurst Street: An auto tampering was reported in the 18000 block
at 11:43 p.m. Sunday.
* El Costa Circle: An auto tampering was reported in the 8000 block at
10:37 a.m. Friday.
* El Lago Avenue: A juvenile disturbance was reported in the 8000
block at 9:01 p.m. Friday.
* Euclid Street: A disturbance of the peace was reported in the 18000
block at 3:25 p.m. Jan. 4.
* Harbor Boulevard: A petty theft occurred in the 16000 block at 8:10
p.m. Jan. 3.
* La Hacienda Avenue: Police responded to a loud party in the 10000
block at 11:09 p.m. Jan. 2.
* Pinto River Court: Police responded to a family dispute in the 10000
block at 2:21 p.m. Friday.
* Slater Avenue: Police responded to a forgery in the 10000 block at
10:18 a.m. Jan. 4.
* Talbert Avenue: An attempted suicide was reported in the 9000 block
at 2:14 a.m. Saturday.
HUNTINGTON BEACH
* Beach Boulevard: A man described as between 30 and 40 years old, and
driving a gray Blazer truck, reportedly walked into a restaurant and
stole a wall-mounted video camera while being caught on tape by another
camera at the establishment in the 19000 block at 10:48 p.m. Sunday.
* Balmoral Drive: A man told police that someone stole his wife’s two
diamond rings and bracelets from his home through an unknown point of
entry in the 6000 block at 11:10 a.m. Jan. 3.
* Beach Boulevard and Chrysler Circle: Police responded to a report of
prostitution near the intersection at 11:05 p.m. Friday.
* Beach Boulevard: A pastor reported hearing a trespasser who was
apparently using the shower facilities of a church in the 16000 block at
6:28 a.m. Jan. 4.
* Belfast Lane: A resident told police that an unknown number of
suspects removed 12 large wooden candy cane decorations from a frontyard
and threw them onto the roof of a residence in the 15000 block at 1:23
a.m. Sunday.
* Chaucer Lane: Police responded to a family disturbance reported in
the 20000 block at 11:38 p.m. Jan. 4.
* Constantine Lane: A man told police he received annoying phone
calls, where someone threatened his life with a gun, at his residence in
the 8000 block at 12:13 a.m. Saturday.
* Dorsett Drive: A vandal reportedly used a large pumpkin to smash a
car light on a black 1996 Volkswagen Jetta parked in front of a house in
the 8000 block at 7:10 a.m. Friday.
* Edinger Avenue: A 30-year-old man, described as 5 feet, 8 inches
tall, 160 pounds, with blue eyes and wearing a beanie hat, was reported
drunk in public and yelling at the bartender and customers of an
establishment in the 6000 block at 10:14 p.m. Saturday.
* Goldenwest Street: Someone told police that a man driving a black,
two-door Chevrolet truck stole a 12-pack and 18-pack of beer from a store
in the 15000 block at 10:40 p.m.
* Heil Avenue: Police received a report of an unknown number of
juveniles lighting trash cans on fire in the 4000 block at 12:27 a.m.

* Loma Avenue: Someone reported seeing flames and smoke coming from a
neighborhood garage, where residents were apparently burning a Christmas
tree in the 400 block at 4:54 p.m. Sunday.
* Mashie Circle: A vandal reportedly threw a brick through the bedroom
window of an elderly woman’s home in the 17000 block at 1:59 a.m. Jan. 3.
* Newland Street: An 8-year-old girl told police that while she was
riding a scooter down the street, a man asked her how much it cost, then
exposed himself to her in the 16000 block at 11:52 a.m. Friday.
* Parkview Drive: Police and fire officials responded to a structure
fire in the 18000 block at 6:16 a.m. Jan. 3.
* 17th Street: Someone reported seeing three or four juveniles skating
along the roof of a stairwell in the 700 block at 12:38 p.m. Saturday.
* Vantage Drive: Someone reportedly stole a woman’s credit card
information and used it to charge up to $300 in purchases in the 7000
block at 12:53 p.m. Jan. 2.
* Vatcher Drive: A man told police his neighbor was continuously
stealing his firewood, as well as poisoning his dog at a residence in the
6000 block at 9:08 a.m. Friday.
