Close to shore, the winds will be light this morning, with a western
swell of 4 to 7 feet. At night, the winds will change to 10 knots,
blowing from the northeast, kicking up wind waves of 1 foot.
Further out, expect light winds and a northwest to west swell of 7 to
9 feet.

The waves are nothing to write home about this morning. Small and kind
of flat, the situation should improve in the afternoon.
