Costa Mesa ad agency receives second Telly
The Costa Mesa-based Roxburgh Agency received the Telly Award for the
second year in a row.
Initially created in 1980 to recognize outstanding work in
advertising, the Telly Awards have expanded their scope to include film
and video production in addition to their original focus on commercials.
With such recipients as “Thirtysomething,” “Murder, She Wrote,”
“Newhart,” “News Radio,” and the recent movie “What Women Want,” the
multifaceted advertising and public relations agency appreciates the
recognition.
“Earning this second Telly Award is truly gratifying, especially as a
professional validation of the depth of expertise and creativity that our
company brings to all types of clients and projects,” said Claudia
Roxburgh, president and founder of the agency.
Competing against more than 11,000 entries, the agency won in the
Non-broadcast film/video and TV programs -- sales category after being
selected by a panel of judges, representing all regions across the
nation.
The agency has received more than 200 international, national and
regional awards for excellence in design, marketing, merchandising and
sales promotion throughout its 23-year history.
