need to provide a healthy environment in all classrooms.

To have the most experienced and qualified teachers and prepare
our students for the 21st century by including computer training for
all classes.
* FISCAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DISTRICT:
To set clear priorities in administering the district’s budget and
to ensure all schools are improved equally without tax increases.

Ocean View School District has several major issues facing it:
1. Major lawsuits from the community
2. Poor relations with several school communities
3. Lack of accountability of administration to the school board
and the board of the electorate
4. The large debt for the four new gyms that is taking money meant
for modernization of 11 other elementary schools
5. Safe and healthy environments for all students and staff
