SENIOR NOTES

Art workshop at Heisler Park

The City of Laguna Beach Senior Services in collaboration with LOCA -- Laguna Outreach for Community Arts, will sponsor a workshop for beginners, intermediates and advanced artists on Wednesday starting at 10 a.m. at Heisler Park. A picnic will be held at 11:30 a.m., with lunch provided.

The workshop is free; a donation of $3.50 is suggested for lunch. For more information call (949) 464-9535.

Sign up for annual Spring Fling

The Assisteens of Laguna Beach and Laguna Beach Senior Services are co-sponsoring their annual Spring Fling Dinner Dance from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. May 6 at the Senior Center, 384 Legion St., Laguna Beach.

Snacks, drinks and dinner will be provided along with an array of music from the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s and more.

A couples/groups keepsake photography station is also planned. The event is free.
