ARTS COMMISSION WRAP-UP

The following is from the Aug. 13 meeting of the Laguna Beach Arts Commission.

Juror sought for City Hall show

The commission postponed the approval of a $350 juror honorarium for its upcoming juried fine art exhibit at City Hall because its slated adjudicator will not be available to jury the show.

The commission is in the process of locating an alternate juror for the show, and will most likely reduce the honorarium due to the new adjudicator being local. The previously selected juror would have traveled from out of the area to work on the exhibit.
