Newport-Mesa Sports Scene TV show debuts

The Newport-Mesa Sports Scene show, which features Daily Pilot Sports Editor Steve Virgen, made its debut this week on YouTube and can also be seen on Costa Mesa TV and Newport Beach TV.

The program covers fall sports for Estancia, Costa Mesa, Newport Harbor and Corona del Mar high schools. Dane Bora of Costa Mesa TV and former Estancia athlete Ozzy Magana are also on the show.

The show will air on Costa Mesa TV (Time Warner channel 3 & AT&T U-verse channel 99) daily at 12 and 9 p.m. through the end of November. Check listings for Newport Beach TV.

The show is set to run once a month.
