LOS ANGELES — Shareen Sutherland had a career-high 10 points and eight rebounds for the Anteaters in their first of two games in the Loyola Marymount Tournament on Friday at LMU.

It was the fourth straight loss for UCI( 1-5), which made just six of 10 foul shots.

Bowling Green (3-1) was 16 for 21 from the line.

Brittany Glassow added eight points and four rebounds for UCI, for who, Methlyn Onogomuho had eight rebounds and three points.

UCI plays the consolation game Saturday at 1 p.m. against either LMU or UAB.
