Baseball: Banning-Carson game halted after benches emptied
The Marine League game between Carson and Banning on Tuesday was halted in the sixth inning by the umpires in a scoreless tie after both teams’ benches’ emptied, according to the Daily Breeze.
The City Section has yet to receive a report from the umpires, but if any players left their bench and can be identified, they could be subject to suspension.
The game will probably end up in a forfeit or tie.
