Baseball: Greg Conklin throws shutout for Cleveland
Greg Conklin threw a complete game, striking out eight, to help Reseda Cleveland defeat Garfield, 3-0, in a baseball opener on Thursday.
Cleveland’s game against Sylmar on Wednesday was halted after two innings because of rain.
It was part of the Poly tournament.
