Baseball: Loyola, Santa Margarita get victories
Ending a productive weekend in the JSerra baseball tournament, Loyola defeated El Toro, 4-0, on Monday, with Arizona-bound Kyle Beadles allowing two hits and striking out five.
Santa Margarita defeated Birmingham, 3-2. Andrew Mendonca had the game-winning RBI in the sixth.
JSerra has been receiving strong play from Parker Joe Robinson, who hit two home runs.
Saugus went 2-0-2 in the tournament. Zach Trammell, a junior, had a home run and five RBIs.
