Baseball: Matthew Kanfer moves on to Pepperdine after top season at LACES
Matthew Kanfer did all he could at LACES to prove his abilities as a baseball player.
He had a 26-game hitting streak, batted .518 with 57 hits and 39 RBIs.
He was named to Cal-Hi Sports all-state small schools team.
Now he’s off to Pepperdine. The competition will be much tougher, but Kanfer has shown he can hit.
