Boys’ basketball: Newton Chelette is new coach at Paraclete
Former Antelope Valley College basketball Coach Newton Chelette has been named head coach at Paraclete.
Chelette is a member of the California Community College Men’s Basketball Hall of Fame.
He coached for 17 years at Antelope Valley.
