Football: Roy Hemsley, Breland Brandt receive ASU offers
Arizona State has offered L.A. Windward junior lineman Roy Hemsley and sophomore linebacker Breland Brandt.
Hemsley was offered last week by USC. California has also offered both. Both play basketball.
