Aspiring pianist Kobe Bryant plays ‘Moonlight Sonata’ in new ad
In addition to having basketball skills, Kobe Bryant apparently can play the piano.
On Thursday, Lenovo unveiled a new clip featuring Bryant playing “Moonlight Sonata” with an ensemble.
In January, Bryant tweeted out a picture with the comment:
Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata calms me down when I reach my breaking point #relaxandfocus pic.twitter.com/i2imK51p — Kobe Bryant (@kobebryant) January 22, 2013
The Lakers guard is expected to have his repaired Achilles tendon evaluated in the next couple of weeks to get a revised timeline for his return to the court after the April injury.
Bryant recently said that he “shattered” his recovery timeframe but still isn’t sure if he’ll make it back in time for opening night Oct. 29.
