The Lakers are in China preparing for games against the Golden State Warriors in Beijing and Shanghai.

On Saturday, team members took a charter bus to one of the country’s best known attractions, the Great Wall, where they in turn became an attraction to the locals.

“This is intense,” Pau Gasol told The Times. “The fans are very forward here. Everything is a little different. But it’s nice to be appreciated and see this much emotion and excitement. It’s pretty crazy.”
