Kobe Bryant gets passed by John Cena as most-liked Facebook U.S. athlete

Here’s even more motivation for Kobe Bryant to come back from his injuries with a vengeance: He is no longer the most-liked U.S. athlete on Facebook, and he was passed by a guy who doesn’t even compete in genuine competition.

WWE superstar John Cena passed Kobe Bryant on Friday to become the most-liked active U.S. athlete on Facebook with more than 18.7 million followers. Bryant has 18.1 million followers.

Of course, that seems somewhat appropriate, because when it comes to Lakers games and Kobe this season, “You can’t see him.”
