NBA: Thunder rolls over Warriors

Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook scored 17 points, had a career-high 17 assists and matched a career best with 15 rebounds to help the Thunder beat visiting Golden State, 117-115, on Friday night.

Kevin Durant scored 36 points, Serge Ibaka matched his career-high with 27 points and Dion Waiters added 21 for the Thunder. Oklahoma City had lost three of four, but bounced back by shooting 53% from the field.

The Warriors entered the game with the league’s best record, and the loss ended their eight-game winning streak. Klay Thompson scored 32 points, Marreese Speights had 20 and Stephen Curry added 19 for the Warriors, who gave up their highest point total of the season.

Atlanta 110, at Toronto 89: Al Horford scored 22 points, Paul Millsap had 16 and the Hawks extended their winning streak to 11 games, matching their longest streak since posting 11 consecutive victories to begin the 1997-98 season. Atlanta, which made 12 of 23 three-point attempts, is unbeaten since a 107-77 blowout loss to Milwaukee on Dec. 26. The Hawks have gone 15-1 on the road since starting 1-4.

at San Antonio 110, Portland 96: Kawhi Leonard scored 20 points in his first game since Dec. 15 to lead the Spurs. Leonard had been out 15 games because of an injured right hand.

Detroit 98, at Indiana 96: Brandon Jennings scored a season-high 37 points and Andre Drummond tipped in the last-second winning shot to lead the Pistons. Jennings led a third-quarter comeback, scoring 19 of Detroit’s 30 points during the period.

Memphis 106, at Orlando 96: Jeff Green had 12 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter and the Grizzlies won without point guard Mike Conley, who sat with a sprained right ankle. Zach Randolph added 18 points, and Marc Gasol had 12 points and 16 rebounds to help the Grizzlies win their third in a row.

at Philadelphia 96, New Orleans 81: Nerlens Noel had 17 points and 11 rebounds, and Michael Carter-Williams scored 22 points to lead the 76ers to their third home win of the season. The Pelicans were without Anthony Davis (sprained toe) and Jrue Holiday (ankle inflammation).

Brooklyn 102, at Washington 80: Brook Lopez and Jarrett Jack each scored 26 points as the Nets broke a seven-game losing streak. Lopez, who has been the subject of trade rumors, scored 11 points in just over 2 1/2 minutes in the third quarter as the Nets took control of the game.

Chicago 119, at Boston 103: Derrick Rose scored 20 of his 29 points in the second half and made three of Chicago’s seven three-pointers in the fourth quarter as the Bulls pulled away. Rose also had 10 assists.
