Weather: A warm, wet Olympics
As the Olympics begin, temperatures above freezing are predicted, possibly bringing rain to sites at lower elevations close to Vancouver. In the mountains around Whistler, skiers could confront rain at the base, fog on the chairlift and firm snow on the runs.
