&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Join us for a live chat at 8 a.m. PDT on Thursday with Times sports editor Mike James in Los Angeles, along with Deputy sports editor and Olympic coordinator John Cherwa and sportswriters Lisa Dillman and Helene Elliott in London.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;After five days of events, some story lines are already falling into place.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Today, Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte battle it out in the pool one more time, the men’s basketball team plays, and Helene will give us a look at next week’s track and field events.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The Times has a team of 21 reporters, editors, photographers and videographers in London and other venues and will bring you coverage through the closing ceremony on Aug. 12.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
