Angels slugger Albert Pujols to conduct camp on Thursday
Angels first baseman Albert Pujols and several area college and high school coaches will conduct a baseball camp from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Orange High School.
Participants will learn fundamental baseball skills and will have the opportunity to meet and interact with Pujols, a three-time National League most valuable player who entered Thursday with a .254 average, 30 home runs and 66 runs batted in.
Each attendee will receive an autograph of Pujols. Cost of the camp, which is open to boys and girls of all skill levels in first through eighth grades, is $149.
