UCLA football: Bruins beef up future schedules
UCLA continues to strengthen its future schedules, something that can only help the Bruins under the new college football playoff.
The Bruins added Brigham Young to the schedule, playing the Cougars at the Rose Bowl in 2016 and in Provo the following season.
In recent months, the Bruins have added Texas A&M (2016-17), Oklahoma (2018-19), Fresno State (2018), San Diego State (2019-20), Rutgers (2020-2021), LSU (2021 and 2024) and Michigan (2022-23) as opponents.
Of course, this only helps the Bruins if they win these games. UCLA’s last visit to Provo (2008) resulted in a 59-0 loss.
