WWE Elimination Chamber results: Did Daniel Bryan win the title?
WWE’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, the last PPV before WrestleMania, was held Sunday, and many people were wondering if this was the event were the WWE creative team would final push the button on giving Daniel Bryan the title. Did they? Read on to find out.
RHODES BROTHERS VS. RYBACK & CURTIS AXEL
The event was held in Minneapolis, home town of Curtis Axel, who came to the ring with his grandfather, legendary wrestler Larry “The Axe” Hennig. Of course, WWE seems to like people losing in their hometown, so the Rhodes Brothers won the match when Cody pinned Axel with the crossroads.
BIG E VS. JACK SWAGGER FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE
Big E won with the Big Ending after a solid match.
NEW AGE OUTLAWS VS. USOS FOR THE TAG TEAM TITLES
The Outlaws retained when Bill Gunn pinned Jimmy Uso with a schoolboy.
TITUS O’NEIL VS. DARREN YOUNG
O’Neil pinned Young with the Clash of the Titus.
WYATTS VS. THE SHIELDMatch of the night. The Wyatts won when Bray Wyatt pinned Roman Reigns after his Sister Abigail move. It was one-on-three at the end, as Reigns’ teammates disappeared.
A.J. LEE VS. CAMERON FOR THE DIVAS TITLE
Cameron won via DQ when Tamina Snuka attacked her. A.J. retains the title.
BATISTA VS. ALBERTO DEL RIOBatista won with the Batista Bomb. A bad match, and there is no one less over than Batista right now. He desperately needs to turn heel.
RANDY ORTON VS. DANIEL BRYAN VS. CHRISTIAN VS. JOHN CENA VS. CESARO VS. SHEAMUS IN THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER
Orton won after pinning Bryan with the RKO. Kane interfered at the finish to help Orton win. Cena was eliminated when the Wyatts interfered.
