Thrilling chiller
Mary SUE MILLIKEN and Susan Feniger’s downtown restaurant Ciudad is not far from The Times, and it’s a favorite of Times Food section staffers. We all love this signature drink, which is also served at the partners’ sister restaurant, Border Grill in Santa Monica. It’s great with Asian dishes as well as pan-Latin flavors.
