‘Romeo and Juliet’ at Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival: The Bard fare this year is “Romeo and Juliet” and “The Taming of the Shrew.” Plus half an hour of juggling and comedy by an Elizabethan-style warmup act.
When, where: July 12 to Aug. 19 at the lakeside amphitheater at Sand Harbor in Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park, on Nevada 28 about 10 miles north of the U.S. 50 junction at Spooner Summit, or 2 1/2 miles south of Incline Village.
Admission: $22 to $72 for adults; youth tickets start at $14.
