Las Vegas: Some tickets remain for Bon Appetit’s Uncork’d
Vegas Uncork’d, Bon Appétit magazine’s four-day feast for the palate, returns to Las Vegas May 9-12 with a variety of food-related activities at various resorts along the Strip.
Two dozen world-class chefs whose restaurants hold a combined 84 Michelin stars will participate. Although more than half of the 29 events are sold out, tickets are still available for several activities, including:
- Three Margarita Lunch with Border Grill’s Mary Sue Milliken. The event, noon to 2p.m. May 9 at Mandalay Bay, costs $195.
- The Grand Tasting. This favorite, featuring an array of dishes from widely known chefs, will be poolside at Caesars Palace from 7:30 to 10 p.m. May 9. Tickets cost $225.
- Bellagio Block Party: Cured, Smoked, Braised, Grilled and Toasted. This event, which begins at 8 p.m. May 10 at Bellagio, will feature food from such renowned chefs as Todd English, Julian Serrano and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Admission is $165 per person.
Beverage pairings are included at many of the meals. Vegas Uncork’d boasts one of the world’s largest gathering of master sommeliers.
