Celine Dion fans: Make a video and you can become part of the show
Reporting from Las Vegas — Canadian singer Celine Dion returns to her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Thursday, Aug. 27, and now the singer wants her fans to be more involved in the show. That means videos, fan videos, woven together to pair with her hit “I Drove All Night.”
The submissions will be part of a new montage of video clips. Fans are encouraged to “unleash their inner Celine” and submit a video of themselves performing their own rendition of “I Drove All Night.”
Some submissions will become part of the show. Fans have until July 25 to shoot videos of themselves in a recognizable place in their town that includes a live rendition or lip-synched version of “I Drove All Night” with family or friends. At the end of the clip, fans have to let go of a red balloon positioned between themselves and the camera.
Submissions should be sent to a special website.
Tickets for 40 performances between from Aug. 27 and Jan. 17, 2016, are on sale now. Tickets start at $55 and go up to $250.
Tickets: The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Box Office, (866) 320-9763
