Peat Marwick Leases Center Tower Floors
The Center Tower office building under construction by Center Tower Associates and scheduled for completion in July at 650 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, is offering a total of 465,000 square feet of office space, of which 25% already is leased.
The international accounting firm of Peat Marwick has leased two floors of the high rise through Frost Trinen Partners, the exclusive leasing agent.
As the tallest and largest office building in Orange County, the 21-story Center Tower is expected to become a landmark in the South Coast Metro area.
Design features include pedestrian bridges to the Performing Arts Center and private city club. The architect is Charles Lawrence CRS Group of Houston and the builder is C. L. Peck.
