A shareholder filed suit against Rorer Group.
Eugene C. Dooner Jr., who owns 83,987 shares, or 0.4%, of Rorer’s outstanding common stock, filed the lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia. According to the suit, Dooner is seeking access to proxies and ballots voted at the pharmaceutical company’s April annual meeting. Dooner said he filed the suit because he had been rebuffed in attempts to inspect voting materials in a proxy vote. A Rorer spokesman declined immediate comment.
