Consumer Safety Panel Member Being Renamed

WASHINGTON — Carol G. Dawson is being nominated as a member of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the White House announced Wednesday. She was appointed to fill a vacancy on the commission in 1984, so the action amounts to a reappointment by President Reagan.
