POOR POMODORO
Sometimes, when we get a chance to see an exhibit as beautiful and as interesting as Arnaldo Pomodoro’s retrospective at USC’s Fisher Gallery, we have the feeling that we live in a culturally cosmopolitan city, and we miss neither Rome nor New York.
The Kristine McKenna review (“Pomodoro Retrospective at USC,” Sept. 9) was so embarrassingly simple-minded and so hopelessly provincial as to make us realize that--if what’s published by you is in any way a reflection of the cultural horizons of the city--we are probably deluding ourselves.
