PEOPLE’S CHOICE NOMINEES UNVEILED
“Dynasty,” “Hill Street Blues” and “Miami Vice” have been nominated as favorite television drama in one of 19 categories of the People’s Choice Awards.
“Cheers,” “The Cosby Show” and “Family Ties” garnered the most bids for favorite television comedy program, while “Back to the Future” and two Sylvester Stallone movies, “Rambo First Blood Part II” and “Rocky IV,” captured nominations for favorite motion picture.
The People’s Choice Awards are based on a Gallup Poll survey of people across the country.
The winners will be announced March 11 in a CBS telecast from the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.
