Office Vacancy Rate Declines in San Diego
San Diego’s suburban office building occupancy rate reached 77.45% in the fourth quarter of 1985, showing a fractional gain from the third quarter rate, despite the addition of five new office structures during the last three months of the year.
The fourth quarter figures are based on total net rentable space of 7,569,919 square feet in 112 buildings with 1,706,960 square feet unoccupied, according to the latest survey by the downtown San Diego office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
