Mitsui Manufacturers Bank of Los Angeles named Yutaro (Chuck) Hayashi president and chief operating officer. Leonard Weil, founding president of Mitsui Manufacturers Bank, retired and will serve as president emeritus. The bank is a subsidiary of Mitsui Bank of Tokyo.
